We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation needed.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us via the Hanging Out With Dogs contact page and we’ll arrange it for you. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your $7/month subscription at any time from the Manage billing link in your account, or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future renewals; your unlimited access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
