Raising My Puppy is operated by Christine Holstad.

We want purchases and memberships to be straightforward. Because Raising My Puppy offers both subscription-based services and immediately delivered digital products, the refund terms are different for each.

Raising My Puppy memberships

Monthly and yearly Raising My Puppy memberships can be canceled at any time.

Canceling your membership stops future renewals. Your membership benefits will remain available through the end of the billing period you already paid for.

Membership payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, were charged more than once, or experienced a billing problem, please contact us so we can review the charge and help resolve it.

Raising My Puppy Guide + Planner

The standalone Raising My Puppy Guide + Planner is a digital product delivered electronically after purchase.

Because buyers receive access to both downloadable planner editions immediately after a successful purchase, standalone planner purchases are final and non-refundable once digital access has been provided.

The $9 standalone purchase includes:

• Full-Color Edition
• Printer-Friendly Edition

If you experience a technical problem receiving or accessing your planner files, please contact us and we will help restore access or correct the delivery problem.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or charged more than once, please contact us so we can review the transaction.

Promotional and free memberships

Membership access provided through a free, promotional, discounted, partner, or lifetime-access offer does not create a cash refund value for unused access.

If a promotion later converts to a paid recurring membership, the normal membership cancellation and billing terms apply to any paid billing periods.

How to request billing help

If you have a billing question, believe a charge was made in error, or need help accessing a digital purchase, email us and include the email address used for the purchase or membership.

Refunds approved for billing errors or other eligible circumstances will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Canceling your membership

You can cancel a monthly or yearly membership at any time using the existing Manage billing option in your account or by contacting us.

Cancellation stops future renewals.

Your current membership access continues until the end of the billing period already paid for.
